• Redzed pilates has a transparent policy on fee for service and shall advertise fee increases as required from time to time.

• Fees are to be paid prior to or on the same day as the service is provided.

• Notice for cancellations of regular bookings must be given at least 48 hours’ prior to the session. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, full fee is payable for the missed session.

• Clients will to be advised of the fees and cancellation policy on the pre-exercise form which will be signed.

• A copy of the policy will be displayed in the studio

It is a requirement of the studio that clean grip socks be worn to Private, Duet and Small group equipment classes. 

Bring a small towel and a water bottle.

All equipment used must be wiped down with the cleaning products provided.
