Therapeutic Pilates Practitioner

Zoë

Zoe began teaching Matwork at Pilates Canberra in 2007. After gaining the Diploma of Professional Pilates she built a boutique studio on the south coast NSW. Zoe holds Buff Bones certification and worked for various NGOs delivering accessible Pilates programs aimed at cultural safety or adapted for people with disabilities, as part of comprehensive health project work.

Starting in the sports industry in 1994 as a swim and fitness teacher, then working with populations impacted by trauma since 2004, Zoe has a unique perspective on mind-body work in Pilates.

Zoe is a faculty educator and assessor for National Pilates Training – Canberra.

  • BA -Asian studies

Myotherapist

Emma Davis

Emma is a qualified Myotherapist with a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Therapy and is a recently certified Pilates Rehabilitation Practitioner. She moved to the Eurobodalla region five years ago with her young family and welcomed her third baby in 2025.

Emma is passionate about helping people move better, build strength, and regain confidence in their bodies. Using a personalised, evidence-based approach, she designs Pilates rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, core strength, posture, balance, and overall movement. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain, returning to exercise after pregnancy, or simply wanting to move and feel your best, every session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Drawing on her background in myotherapy, Emma combines clinical knowledge with movement-based rehabilitation to help clients achieve lasting results, reduce the risk of future injury, and continue doing the things they love.

My Pilates journey started when I attended my first pilates session and immediately fell in love with the method,  after nearly 20 years of teaching for the Pilates Centre in Canberra, working with all levels of clients from rehabilitation to athletes, I am finally made the move to the South Coast! 


I look forward to sharing my passion for Pilates!
